okay so double checking this again, it turns out it does have
getAllStacks, I don't know why it wasn't showing up
before and the only thing I changed was the version of OC from

may be crazy but it looks like storage drawers change index slots
of the items in the slot? I have 1 slot (slot 13) with sugarcane
and 1 slot with redstone (slot 14) and when I try to grab 9
redstone from slot 14, it grabbed 9 sugarcane, and when I tried to
get 3 sugarcane from slot 13 it got 3 sugarcane

uhhh okay it looks like it is absolutely required to use the drawer
key to lock the stack types of each drawer to prevent the indexes
from shifting around 😵💫
