For villagers though, some villagers get the wrong name -- like the Armorer is shown by Neat as being the Weapon Smith. Considering that, afaik, Railcraft is the only mod I am using that adds a villager, and that I didn't see this bug on any Neat forums, I'm thinking it might be caused
