<Rph> im

<Rph> right
now i am just using the `riscv64-linux-gnu-gcc` arch package but

umm... was only like 1:30 ish
L155[18:43:37] <Amanda> ah
L156[18:52:44] <dequbed> @Rph The problem
may just be that you're building your binaries against glibc (-gnu)
and running it on a musl target. I'm surprised it didn't break yet.
Musl must have gotted quite a number of glibc ABIs down squat by
now.

either building yourself a proper musl toolchain (not sure if
buildroot will do that), not using any libc (riscv-elf-gcc) or just
using clang which has none of these issues.

<Kodos> A
linked card is basically a p2p tunnel but in a card for network
messages
L185[23:47:05]
<R3C0NF16UR3D> could it interact with an
adapter and send info to the screen so it updates?
L186[23:47:41]
<Kodos> You
can use them directly in a computer that updates the screen with
info but it sounds like you’d want a server instead if you’re not
interacting with anything and just displaying info
L187[23:48:55]
<R3C0NF16UR3D> idk lol im playing with
mekanism and have a battery far away and at my base i want to be
able to monitor the in/out and storage without having to run a
cable thousands of blocks away
L188[23:50:00]
<Kodos>
Yeah a linked card is your best bet with servers at both ends. You
could just send the in, out, current, and max storages as four
values in the network message and have the receiving server
translate that into properly displayed data fairly easily
