speed up the first load of a non-static sound event? for example,
if you take a look at the vanilla elytra flight sound there is no
static sound event that is reused over and over. instead, one is
created each time it is used with a constructor that takes the
player. i have a sound very similar. what i'm noticing the first
time the soudn is played is that the resource maybe isn't loaded
and it's taking a
